Is it illegal to take pictures of someone from webcam conversations without their permission? - pictures of vagians
I was talking to someone via webcam, and later learned that someone had taken pictures of me without my permission. This person has to share photos with others and I feel violated. Any idea about the laws of Canada on this topic? Any ideas would be appreciated.

I think it's illegal, because the pictures were taken in a public place. I'm not sure, however, whether the laws of Canada as I live in the United Kingdom. Here is a link to the Privacy Policy Yahoo: ~
