What kinds of food make menstruation more painful? - menstruation more condition_symptoms

I'm on my period, and was very painful. My mother says it's probably because I ate too much sugar last week, and often focus on consumption for the weekend. Is it true that sugar can be painful the reason? What are the most food, painful menstruation?

Sugary foods tend to make time a little unpleasant. Eating fruits and vegetables and regular exercise can relieve menstrual cramps and discomfort.

I've never heard of sugar, painful periods ... I think it might be BS. But a large amount of salt can cause fluid retention, you feel bloated and cramping seriously because of their longer can.

I believe that what you feel bloated. We are more irritable than to try to avoid fatty foods and spicy. Even alcohol and milk. I hope it helps!
